According to the terms and conditions of Vorwerk Switzerland, if payment is missing or incomplete, the delivery of further products can be immediately suspended. For advance payment, the invoice must be paid within 10 days. In case of repeated payment default, reminder fees will be charged and the purchase may be canceled.
How does the reminder procedure work?

- No response to the 3rd reminder: Vorwerk Switzerland cancels the purchase
What happens in case of general payment default?
If the customer fails to fulfill their payment obligations to Vorwerk Switzerland either fully or partially, Vorwerk Switzerland is entitled according to the terms and conditions to immediately stop the delivery of products – regardless of ongoing orders.
