What applies to transport damages?
For deliveries made by freight forwarder: Any delivery damage must be noted directly on the delivery receipt. Without this note, no claims can be made for transport damage.
What applies to defects discovered later?
If defects appear only after inspection, the following deadlines apply according to the terms and conditions:
- Discover defect
- Submit written defect notification to Vorwerk Switzerland within 5 days after discovery
- If the deadline is missed, the product is also considered approved for these defects
