Different conditions apply depending on the chosen payment method, and third-party providers are involved. For advance payment, delivery will only take place after the payment has been received.
Available Payment Methods
Purchase on Invoice (including installment payment) is processed by CembraPay AG. The terms and conditions and privacy policy of CembraPay AG apply.
Purchase on Installment Payment is processed by HeyLight AG. The terms and conditions and privacy policy of HeyLight AG apply.
Advance Payment Delivery will only take place after your payment has been received by Vorwerk Switzerland.
What Applies for Advance Payment?
If you have chosen advance payment as your payment method, the advance invoice must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. Otherwise, the regulations on payment default apply (see separate article).
