According to the Terms and Conditions of Vorwerk Switzerland, liability is governed by the applicable legal provisions of Switzerland. However, Vorwerk Switzerland is not liable for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, unrealized savings, or damages resulting from delivery delays.
For Which Damages Is Vorwerk Switzerland Not Liable?
According to the Terms and Conditions, liability is excluded in the following cases:
- Slight negligence
- Indirect and consequential damages as well as consequential losses
- Lost profits or unrealized savings
- Damages caused by delivery delays
- Actions and omissions of employees, agents, and representatives of Vorwerk Switzerland
When Does Vorwerk Switzerland Additionally Reject Liability?
Beyond the cases mentioned above, according to the Terms and Conditions, there is no liability in the event of:
- Improper, non-contractual, or unlawful storage, setting, or use of the products
- Use of incompatible replacement or accessory parts
- Neglected maintenance or improper modification or repair by the customer or third parties
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, moisture, impact and shock damage)
- Official orders

The liability limitations apply equally to all employees, agents, and representatives of Vorwerk Switzerland.
