The Kobold VR7 displays various status messages during cleaning so you can always see whether the device is ready or requires an action. The messages appear in the MyKobold App and via the LED display on the device. When the battery is low, the robot automatically returns to the station.
Common Status Messages
- Ready to start: The robot is ready for use and waiting for a command.
- Cleaning in progress: The device is actively cleaning – pausing is possible at any time.
- Cleaning paused: A task was paused manually or due to an obstacle.
- Finished: The cleaning was successfully completed.
- Battery low: The charge level is low, the device is returning to the station.
- Searching for Wi-Fi: The robot is trying to connect to the network.
- Maintenance required: A component (filter, brush) needs to be checked or replaced.
Where do the messages appear?
- MyKobold App: Full text message with code and details
- LED on the robot: Color and light pattern indicate status
- Voice announcement: With voice function enabled, the robot announces status audibly
