The dough mode and turbo mode will both be deactivated if the temperature is above 60°C.
If you want to use either of these modes, then you first need to make sure that the contents of the bowl are no hotter than 60°C.
If they are, you just need to wait a short time until the temperature has cooled down.
How long this takes will depend on what kind of food is in the bowl.
