If the scales on your Thermomix ® TM5 are giving incorrect weights, first check that the appliance is standing evenly on the work surface, on all three feet.
It’s important that the power cable doesn’t get trapped under the Thermomix ® TM5 or pulled too tight, and you also need to keep the feet clean and free from anything that might interfere with them (grains of salt or sugar, crumbs).
