The Thermomix® sensor must be completely surrounded by the dough from the tip to the reference notch in order to measure the temperature correctly. This is not possible with very small baked goods.
For very small baked goods such as rolls or muffins, the sensor is therefore not suitable – it cannot reliably detect the temperature in this case.
