For optimal results, we recommend using the baking pans specified in the respective recipe. The pan directly affects the sensor's signal strength and thus the measurement accuracy.
- The sensor works best with standard metal tins with straight edges.
- Do not use a metal lid – it can interrupt the sensor's Bluetooth® signal.
- If the holder is needed, prefer metal, glass, or ceramic pans with rigid walls over silicone molds.
- Pans with a flange that is not too thick and not too wide generally provide better results.
