If the battery of your Thermomix® Sensor is not charging, it is often because residues on the probe are blocking the charging contact. First, check the connection and clean the probe thoroughly.
- Check if the probe is correctly seated in the charger.
- Clean the probe thoroughly according to the cleaning instructions – even invisible grease residues can interrupt the charging contact and prevent the charging process.
