Some oven doors are more heavily insulated than others and can interrupt the Bluetooth® connection.
Possible Solutions
- Turn Bluetooth® off and on again.
- Check with the Cooking Center app on your mobile phone if the probe is still connected.
- Position the charger as close to the oven as possible.
If the connection is immediately restored when opening the oven door, your oven is likely too heavily insulated for a stable Bluetooth® connection during operation.
