To avoid getting food stuck to the bottom of the mixing bowl, please make sure you always clean it after cooking.
If specks of food remain on the bowl’s surface, the chance of their sticking and burning is much higher, because of the high temperatures in these areas.
If necessary, please use a special cleaner for stainless steel.
