If your Thermomix ® is displaying a temperature, even though you haven’t switched the heat on, this may be because there is hot food in the mixing bowl or because you have taken the bowl straight out of the dishwasher and installed it on the appliance while it is still warm.
If the display is showing 37 degrees, it is also possible that the Thermomix ® screen is simply displaying the ambient temperature, in a heated room, for example.
