The Kobosan is not working properly. The electric brush EB360/370 vacuums up the Kobosan and does not work it into the carpet.

Please ensure that the soft function is not switched on, as otherwise the Kobosan cannot be worked in owing to the slow rotation of the brushes.

Check whether the freshener kit was used with brushes.

Please also ensure that you are using your electric brush with a suitable vacuum cleaner (Kobold 130 and/or Tiger 252 or higher).
