Please check whether the filter bag is full. If so, replace it.
Please ensure that the drying time is observed. Depending on the level of dirt, we recommend leaving it to soak in for three minutes per square meter and a drying time of around 30 minutes at room temperature.
Clean the freshener kit if necessary, particularly if you have switched from Lavenia (for carpets) and Kobosan (carpets). Please also ensure that the best-before date has not passed.
