Please check that your Tiger is plugged into a working mains socket. If not, please connect it.
Make sure that there are no blockages in the device, hose or suction tube. Check that the motor protection filter is clean and the filter bag isn’t full and replace either of them if necessary.
Sometimes, for safety reasons, the device will switch off if it goes above a particular working temperature. If your Tiger gets very warm, please open the cover and allow the cleaner to cool down for about 30 minutes.
If you have accidentally sucked up any liquid, please disconnect your Tiger from the mains immediately and contact Customer Service.
