Cause
When the robot vacuum cleaner is in particularly large and empty rooms or plain colored hallways, it can become disoriented if there are no furnishings within a radius of around 2–3 meters. When this happens, the robot assumes that its laser scanner is faulty.
Recommended action
Place larger objects in the room to act as points of reference for the robot.
