Cause
The robot vacuum cleaner cannot be switched off while it is connected to the base station.
Recommended action
Disconnect the robot vacuum cleaner from the base station and press down the green Start button until your robot switches off.
In the Kobold Robot app, I’m getting the message, “Disconnect from the base and switch off.”
