The serial number of all Thermomix models can be found on the type plate, located on the lower housing of the machine.
The Thermomix serial number consists of 8 digits (TM31) and 17 digits (TM5 and TM6).
It is important to differentiate between the serial number of your Thermomix® and the serial number of the mixing bowl. To request a Home Collection Service for Technical Assistance, remember that it is essential to know the serial number of your Thermomix®.
