You have the possibility to purchase a 12 month access to Cookidoo® via the iOS app, unfortuanately it is not possible via the Google Play Store on Android devices.
The membership is offered by Apple with a higher price than you pay directly on Cookidoo® on the webpage.
The Apple product ends automatically after 12 months. Your contract partner for the subscription is Apple, not Vorwerk®/Cookidoo®. Therefore, you have to contact Apple support directly for all questions about your account, access, runtime, price, cancellation or refunds.
Our Vorwerk customer service cannot give you any information about the subscription, nor can they mediate between you and Apple services, nor have data about your purchased product via Apple.
