In order to receive the notification in the MyKobold App that a new update for the Vorwerk Robot Vacuum Cleaner is available, the Robot Vacuum Cleaner must be connected to the base station.
To prevent the Robot Vacuum Cleaner from not being able to complete the update due to insufficient charge, the MyKobold App only offers you an over-the-air update when the robot is at the base station. If your Robot Vacuum Cleaner is not at the base station, although an update is offered, this will not be displayed in the MyKobold App.
