How many devices can I use and manage in my Cookidoo® account?
You can add up to five devices for synchronization with your Cookidoo® account, e.g. three Cook-Keys® and two Thermomix® appliances.
How to activate or deactivate a Cook-Key®
To activate your Cook-Key go to account > "my devices" and click on the button "add device". By adding "Thermomix Cook-Key" with the Cook-Key ID, you are activating the Cook-Key in your account and can use it to synchronize the recipes to your TM5. To deactivate just click on the button "deactivate".
It is not possible to activate a Cook-Key in several accounts. When you want to use the Cook-Key in another account, you have to deactivate before.
By activating the Cook-Key the first time, the 3-month trial will be activated in the Cookidoo account. The subscription is not assigned to your device, but to your profile.
How to activate or deactivate a Thermomix®
To activate a Thermomix® for your Cookidoo account, you have to login with your Cookidoo credentials on your Thermomix®. You are guided to this topic in the onboarding process on your device, or you go to "settings" > "Cookidoo account". With the first login the 3-month-trial is activated in the Cookidoo account. The trial stays not with the device.
To deactivate go to "settings" on your TM6 > "Cookidoo account" > "logout" and "unlink" your account from Thermomix®. The subscription is not assigned to your device, but to your profile.
