Payment methods
You have the possibility to use credit card or Paypal to purchase your anual subscription. For credit card payment it is neccessary that you have activated the 3D-secure for your credit card before. If not, the transaction will be rejected in the subscription check-out by your bank/credit card service.
*You may not pay for a Cookidoo® subscription using a regular debit or prepared credit cart.
How to update the payment data
In case your credit card is no longer valid for the next payment, we will inform you right before via e-mail notification, to give you the possibility to change your payment data. To change the data go to account > membership and scroll down to payment method. By clicking on the button "update payment" you can change payment method or update your payment data.
How to delete the payment data
In case you want to have your payment data deleted from your account, please write an e-mail from the e-mail address your account is created with and ask for deletion. With the deletion of the payment data, your annual subscription is also cancelled and ends after the 12 months.
3D-secure for credit card
The 3D-secure for credit card payment is needed to purchase an anual subscription on Cookidoo. If you did not have activated this, please reach out to your bank or credit card service.
