I am trying to register, but I don't receive a confirmation code on my Email.
To complete the registration, you will receive a one-time password on the Email that you entered in the app. You should receive an Email from MyKobold mykobold-service@vorwerk.com. If you do not receive that Email in several minutes after sending the registration form:
- Please check whether the mail is in the SPAM folder of your mailbox.
- Please check if you entered the right Email-address.
- Consider checking your mailbox memory, it may be full.
I have received a confirmation code, but the app does not accept it.
A generated one-time password may be used only once and for a limited time. If the app does not accept the code that you received, consider generating a new one.
If you type the one-time password, keep in mind that the one-time password contains only numbers from 0 to 9 and no spaces.
If you are copying and pasting the one-time password from the email into the app be sure that you are not copying any spaces at the end or front.
