Thermomix® World, Recipe World and Cookidoo®
There is a difference between Thermomix® World, Recipe World and Cookidoo®, so pay attention not to mix them up.
Password
The Cookidoo® site must be opened in browser, not in Google search, and the browser must be empty.
In case you are not certain of your password, simply use the “Forgot Password” function.
Email management
If you have registered on Cookidoo® with more than one mail address and wish now to keep it simple, you can either ignore the E-mail addresses that you no longer wish to use or simply delete them.
There is the possibility to change your Email address as well, just log in to your Cookidoo® profile and click on your name at the upper right corner Name > Account > Edit account - Change profile. You may replace your Email address, do not forget to confirm your new E-mail clicking on the link in your Email inbox.
Changing the country of residence
When creating an account, the country of residence can be different from the initial market. The country of residence is managing the correct invoice, currency, and tax.
An example of that may be a platform used for creating the account in the UK and the country of residence in Ireland. The invoice will be created for Ireland.
You may change the country of residence, just going to your profile settings, click on the username in the upper right corner -> Account -> Change Profile. Changing the country of residence will require you to input your payment method so that the new residence will be used for the next invoice.
