In the Kobold Robot app, I’m getting the message, “Please clean brush”

Cause

The round brush is stuck. Sometimes, on deep pile carpets the brush can get blocked.

Recommended action

1. Remove any fluff, hair or other dirt from the brush.
2. Remove the round brush and then re-insert it.

If this error occurs repeatedly while on a deep pile carpet, we recommend the following:

1. For the VR200: block off that carpet using the magnetic strip
2. For the VR300: block off that carpet by setting a virtual No-Go zone
