If the Thermomix ® TM31 turbo button isn’t working, please check
- whether the appliance is possibly in dough mode (ear of corn icon), or
- whether the speed selector is on “Close” (lid closed).
In either case, or if the speed selector is set to 4 or less, it will not allow you to press the turbo button.
