The Thermomix ® TM5 measuring cup has a capacity of 100 ml.
The opening at the edge of the measuring judge is used for special recipes:
- For instance, in some mayonnaise recipes, you can slowly pour oil into the bowl from the rim.
- The opening can also allow air to escape from the bowl without the measuring cup having to be raised.
- The shape of the measuring cup also prevents the lid opening from becoming jammed.
